Congressional Testimonies

Testifying before a congressional committee or panel is one of the most effective ways to inform the opinion of key decision-makers and directly influence our nation’s policy.

CSBA experts, known for their independent analysis and in-depth knowledge, are frequently invited to participate in hearings at the House of Representatives and the Senate on the issues of strategic assessments and planning, defense budget and programs, future warfare, Global War on Terror, future technology, personnel and readiness.
