Evan B. Montgomery, Research Fellow
Evan Braden Montgomery is a Research Fellow at Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. He is the author or coauthor of several forthcoming CSBA reports on topics such as nuclear terrorism, US military alliances, and scenarios and operational concepts.
Mr. Montgomery has also published articles on the impact of military technology and military doctrine on great power competition in the journal International Security, and has conducted extensive research on American grand strategy and the relationship between democratization and international conflict.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Villanova University, and a Master of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, where he is also a doctoral candidate.
