On Thursday, August 1, CSBA hosted a joint press briefing with several other think tanks to analyze the budgetary and programmatic options laid out by Secretary Hagel in his yesterday’s announcement.
The think tanks compared Hagel’s proposals to the results of the Joint Think Tank Strategic Choices Exercise CSBA conducted with AEI, CNAS, and CSIS in May.
