Biography
John Speed Meyers is a Research Assistant at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments. He came to CSBA after two internships at the Department of Defense, one in Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation and another in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics. A graduate of Tufts where he studied International Relations and Chinese during his undergraduate years, he studied abroad in Hangzhou, China and interned in Beijing during the 2008 Olympics. He has provided research support for CSBA’s defense industrial base project and will be engaged in continuing analysis of defense spending trends.
