Biography
Natalya leads CSBA outreach efforts to Congress, the media, the Pentagon, and the general public.
Prior to joining CSBA in 2006, Natalya worked as Assistant Director at the Congress and U.S. Foreign Policy Program at Council on Foreign Relations, and as a Staff Member on the House Policy and Homeland Security Committees on Capitol Hill.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from California State University and a Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from Naval War College.
