Chris Sullivan has over seven years experience developing, executing, and analyzing wargames pertaining to national security and force planning. He has worked on more than fifty seminar-style wargames including CSBA’s highly acclaimed Future Warfare 20XX, AirSea Battle, and East Asia 2025 wargame series. Additionally, Mr. Sullivan has been a key player in CSBA’s wargaming portfolio, developing or collaborating in the development of novel game designs as well as game materials, including scenarios, baseline and alternate force structure options, and template questions/taskers for many of CSBA’s wargames. He also worked on Pacific Air Forces’ successful Pacific Vision wargame series and assisted with game design and the development of an alternate force methodology for the U.S. Air Force’s Future Capabilities Game 2009. Mr. Sullivan has provided research and analytic support for the 2005 and 2010 QDR Red Teams. He has also conducted research on revolutions in military affairs, defense transformation strategies, global force posture, and the future security environment.
