Biography
Julie Lascar provides administrative and research support for CSBA’s Strategic and Budget Studies programs. Ms. Lascar has interned at The Washington Institute for Near East Policy, the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs and in the office of Representative Gene Green (D-TX). She received her BA (high honors) in Middle Eastern Studies and Political Science from Emory University in 2009.
