Charlyne Ivory

Office Manager

Charlyne Ivory leads operational management at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA), overseeing the organization’s administrative, financial, and operational functions, including human resources, benefits administration, and internal processes that support the effective execution of CSBA’s mission.

Before joining CSBA, Charlyne held leadership roles in the hospitality, real estate, and nonprofit sectors, where she developed a practical, solutions-oriented approach to organizational operations and management. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from Norfolk State University and is a Certified Administrative Professional and Microsoft Office Specialist. She also serves as a Notary Public in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

In her free time, Charlyne enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling.
